With technical knowledge of kitchen sinks and taps for almost 30 years, we think we have come across almost every possible issue, problem and question there is. So much so that we have a dedicated team of experienced technical advisors on hand to offer customer help and assistance.
Taking advantage of this incredible level of knowledge and experience, we have now decided to start adding information to our website to help customers solve those annoying problems that they can’t seem to find the answer to elsewhere.
In fact, it is sometimes the case that even the manufacturers of the product are not aware of the issues and technical problems that customers experience when it comes to fitting or using a kitchen sink, kitchen tap or waste disposal unit. Have you ever tried to call a technical helpline and just got a member of a call centre team who doesn’t really understand your technical problem?
In 2018, we have decided to start regularly writing detailed, informative posts to help customers with the problems we know exist. It is our intention to create a ‘must go to’ technical section to help both end users and installers. Within the detailed pages, we will also be using our graphic design team to create graphics and animated clips to help customers understand the way to resolve a problem.
Again, by writing factual content on how to resolve a problem whilst working alongside our team of graphic designers, we can create unique and high quality instructions on exactly how you can rectify the problem.
We will also offer a dedicated telephone helpline - 01759 307262, should you wish to discuss your specific problem. It might be that the issue particular to your kitchen tap is not yet covered within our Help Centre. We can guarantee that the person you speak to will be able to understand your problem, offer advice on how to resolve the issue and, if we need to explore the issue further, then that is exactly what we will do.
Over the last 15 years we have helped customers and installers overcome many problems when installing their kitchen sinks, kitchen taps, waste disposal units, appliances and bathroom products.
We can’t guarantee to have the answers to every problem, BUT we have the determination and drive to offer the very best after sales care to all our customers. If we don’t know the answer, we will investigate and find out. If we solve a problem, we will endeavour to update our Help Centre to assist more customers with the same problem in the future.
